Bloat and a puppy

Ok this is my question of today, As many of you know from my prior post I have a 10 week old sheepie and 2 shishpoos. They love to play , well more like growl and bark and nip at each other, But there is alot of running ! I am worried that this could lead to bloat. Everthing that I have read says that after a dog eats that they should remain calm for a hour or two. How do you make that happen? I feed Oliver first in our half-bath with the door closed to keep my other two out because they eat different food. Then I feed my other two for about 15 mins. During that time Oliver goes outside . Then when I let the other two out it is a free for all! Let the romping begin. I try to let just the two older dogs out but Oliver sits at the door and whines. And the others arent out for long. Is this something that I need to be worrying about? Or am I just being over protective?? Oh I also feed him twice a day. It doesn't take him long to eat either. :?

My dogs go out before a meal. If there is a lot of playing & romping around, they have to lay still for 15 minutes when they come in before I feed them. If not, they get fed right away. Each are fed in seperate kennels but in the same rom. The routine is they rest for 1 hour in their kennels after the meal before going out again.
Similar.
Mine are out to potty before feeding.

Mine all eat separately (crated, some in different rooms gated). Quiet time follows for at least an hour, then they all go out.

Because you have a young puppy, let the pup out when needed, and leave the littles in for the hour. Or let pup out and back in, then let the littles out after. Bloat is a risk, but also upset tummies and puking. Mine are all different sizes ( 7 pounds to 70 pounds) and all follow the same safe tummy rules.
Thank you so much for your imput. I think that I will crate the littles who are more then happy to be safe for awhile. This lets Oliver rest as well because there is nothing to run after :) :) I will make sure that I let him out before I feed him. Boy I would have never thought that adding one more pup would be like this, LOL. Wouldn't change it for the world though. I love them all so much :P . Just a huge adjustment and believe me I was ready , things are subject to change though. Thanks so much for your advice and having patients with me
