my dog is a dietician

i have been aware for sometime that i eat alot and often. picking in the kitchen, biscuits with cups of coffee, nibbles in front of the tv, snacks between meals, oh and then meals themselves!!

this past week my dog has made me stop and realise exactly what i am doing. because he is only on 4 small meals a day and follows me into the kitchen every time i feel sooooooo bad stuffing my face when he cant! so, i have cut right back, its not easy. but when i see his big blue eyes wanting whatever i have, i stop and think about what i am doing.

who knows, what with cutting back and all this exercise i will be half the woman i am before long :clappurple:

Will have to keep off them easter eggs then

You can post them to me :yay:

Then i can work them off when i get my Pupster !
So how is it going?

I have at least one and maybe two asking for a portion of my snacks. This a.m. I had a whole banana for the first time in ages, Jack was asleep, Glacier outside and MO was too slow. With 4 beggers I find I eat less......still gain weight, but not as fast as I have to share.

Avoiding the kitchen entirely would be a salvation. I need a cook, maid, etc to keep me in my princess state I long to live.
