Getting healthy...again

When I started my new job, I found I had to give up my parttime job as a Weight Watcher Leader. I led my last meeting the last week of November.

Not only did I stop leading...I stopped following the plan. Stupid, very stupid!

Saturday I went back, as a member..it was pretty hard to do, because I went to one of the meetings I led. I really was welcome with warmth...except from the scale. I've gained 9 pounds!!! I'm 7 pounds over goal  But, I'm back on track, living the life!!!!

I maybe turning to y'all for some support, but I will do this!

In the 10 years that I've been going to WW, I've been in that situation a few times. Hang in there, it doesn't take long to get back into the swing of things.
Ow!
:ghug:
It's amazing how fast the weight comes back isn't it? No fair that it's so easy to gain and so much work to lose and keep it off.
Good for you getting back on track so quickly though :)
:clappurple: It takes courage to admit you slipped and dedication to again tred down the path to your goal.
And the good news is that despite the ONE AND A HALF ONYUM LOADS Debcram and I (mainly ME) ate on Saturday, I lost half a pound as of yesterday's weigh-in.

Deborah, we are back on program and will lose our weight!

Yes we are! And what a better way to end "summer vacation" than an onyum feast!!!
Its probably not the right thing to say re motivation.
But it was Christmas so that's not too bad and it should help that the festive season is well and truly over, except for onyum feasts of course.
After my first week back on track...I lost 2.4 pounds. It works!
Yay :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple:

I started nutrisystems almost 2 weeks ago. (sorry ww)
I finally decided enough is enough.
Summer is on its way.

Good luck you can do it.
