Maybe it's a different dog? Here's more info about the shelter's practices. | Wow, yeah I hadn't seen the puppy photo... maybe she was adopted out as a puppy and then came in as a stray?
Poor girl, but she is sweet. I hope she gets adopted soon or at least can get involved with a rescue if she isn't adopted through the shelter! |
