trimming feet!

Summer is due for a full clip but yesterday I tried to clip her feet. She wouldnt stand just kept laying down. In the end hubby had to sort of hold her up in a stand position whilst I did her back legs. Summer was sort of laying her front half down still so uncooperative. Anyone got any better ideas

Noose her up to a grooming arm & place a box under her belly area.
When they curl their feet under them so you can't get to them we call that the "turtle".....

Great suggestion about the box under so they can't lay down. I usually use my leg
My grooming arm has probably been my best Rufus related buy (apart from his brush) it's essential for me as I groom alone. Mine is the 'single arm standard control post' here you can buy a noose too, which has adjustable length. Well worth the money for me, I use it twice a week. Nice idea with the box, I might try that too :)
If you don't have a box, a small cooler works real well too
I usually hold one foot up whilst trimming the other one, stops Inca from moving around.. if she trys to sit I get my partner to hold under her belly, but that does make it a two person job..

reminds me Inca really needs a trim too
