Its friday!

So I just needed to say - I hate my job.

Anyone else have anything they feel they need to get off their chest?

Ugh, yeah, I'm with you. I work with the mentally ill, and I can't tell you how many times in one day I'm given colorful language. Can't wait to go home and snuggle with my dogs.
Lucky me I get to work late tonight. nothing like working 7am to 9pm on a Friday when I would rather be home brushing Bella. She lays in my lap while I brush her and we watch ghost whisper. She is really going to be mad with me  I'll have to make it up to her with a bath tomorrow and that nasty dryer.
I'm super bummed because I have to cancel my friday night date with Walter. Dave has an annual church dinner that he goes to with his Grandfather and dad, the dogs were going to hang out at his in-laws (they love it there), but Rudie is sick so now I have to watch them.

So I'm mad that Rudie is sick, that Dave has plans tonight and that Walter is a psycho that can't hang with the other dogs.
.... but Happy Valentine's Day!

:sidestep:
I played video games 8) for research

But if it makes you feel better last week a worked 2 days in a row form 8am until 2am.

The good with the bad. Pretty sweet job.

***sigh*** dont mind me....its cabin-fever season here. Only about 3 more months till breakup
I'm happy it's Friday. Woohoo!!! We are going to a beer tasting fund raiser for NPR's local radio station KLCC. 50 breweries and 100 beers to try. Along with that is a music sale with thousands of CD's and records. Albums are $1 and CD's are $3. I'm not sure whether we are going tonight or tomorrow. I'm excited.

hmmm - maybe Saturday so you can stay longer??
But Friday before the music is all picked over??
that's a tough one!
I work until 7pm.
And I do like my job - so no issues there!

This weekend is a double feature - snow pull (weight pull on snow - it's on a lake actually!) on Saturday.

Agility (CPE) trial on Sunday.

Todd is going fishing all weekend (he went 3 times yesterday!) and I'm sure is relieved he's off the hook for Valentine's Day!
Can't hate my job, I was laid off two weeks ago. But I do hate job hunting........
^^^

Ouch! Sorry to hear. Good job vibes to ya. *fingers crossed* Hope you find something quick.

I actually WAS very excited. Tonight we're having a get-together at my house for the baseball team. that's about ~30 kids (most of the families have 3 kids or pregnant with a third) and 24 adults. I've had fun getting valentine's for them together all week and making food all day, BUT Mr. J just called and said he has to go offshore. So, I'll be doing all this alone. I hate serving dinner to the kids by myself let alone this many people in our house. Hopefully he's back before his MIL returns from her cruise and comes over this Sunday.
I really enjoy my job!!!! I have been here for 26 years so I better like it....

Full weekend for me.....

Tonight ...clean my house and practice Rally with Heart offlead... 8)

Tomorrow afternoon....we are back in the ring to try for our first Q in Advanced Rally since last year.......(biting finger nails emoticon inserted here!!!))) I am very concerned that we will be excused from the ring again!!!! I must remember to bring our sunglasses so no one wil recognize us as we exit .....   On the bright side...Heart has about 26 Novice Rally ribbons..(well maybe not THAT many, but alot!!!)...

Tomorrow evening, dinner with Dino for Valentines Day!!! He will be picking out the restaurant...

Sunday..Family Valentines Dinner!!! ALL the kids...ALL the grandkids...and my granddog, Domino!!!! Dino's cooking filets and pasta, Nick and his wife are bringing 4 layer black magic cake...doesn't that sound yummy?????

HAPPY ST. VAL'S DAY TO ALL!!!!!!!!

Considering I work less than 1-1/2 miles from home I sure can't say I hate my job. What I hate is the fact that the economy is so bad right now that everyone's hours are cut. I really don't mind the lesser hours myself. Gives me more time at home with the dogs. But what I do mind is not knowing if we are going to be able to hang on until the contractors start back up again in the spring. But it is Friday & the weekend is looking nice. Bathing & trimming up Mariah Sat. Steak dinner Sat. evening and going to play with 9 OES puppies on Sunday!!!!!! :D Yep, going to help evaluate a litter.
can ya take your camera? please ;-)

I take it you want pictures of puppies? Nothing cuter than someone sitting on the floor with 9 puppies crawling all over them! I have a picture somewhere of my husband on the floor playing with all 7 of Isaac's puppies (José's litter).
Saturday here and well and truly into the weekend WOO HOO

Great living here we are a day ahead of the rest of the world :P
I really like my job (well, I love it) but not today. I just don't feel good. So I left work early, worked out, bought potato chips and plan to watch the Olympics all weekend long!

Here it is from 5 years ago! That's José under Jim's left hand.

I forgot how much fun puppies can be. Now I really am looking forward to Sunday. Charging up the camera batteries tomorrow!
