Teeth

Our 11 month old OES is suddenly very
mouthy and focused on chewing.
Are all the teeth in by one year or longer ??

Thanks

All the teeth should have been in long ago, I would say by six months usually.
It may be something stuck in his teeth, or maybe some anxiety chewing. Has anything changed when you noticed this behavior? Maybe just bored?
Thanks,
Seems like all the teeth are in. He is a master at
picking up twigs, etc. So we will double check, make sure there
is nothing stuck in his teeth.
Have not changed his daily routine, only difference is
we are changing his puppy food to adult.
That may be it actually. He may be craving more calories that he is used to, more protien etc that he got from puppy food.... he'll probably adjust fine though... as long as he is chewing things you want him too it's all good! LOL
My great dane actually ATE the two bottom stairs of the staircase when she went through a chewing phase.LOL
The kibble change just might be it !
He has plenty of chew toys (nylabones etc), so hopefully
our stairs will be safe !!!
