Herding the puppy to his crate

I'm surprise to see how gentle Brutus is with the puppy, but he keeps herding it to the crate...my question is, should I stop this behavior? I know it his nature to do this. I'm not sure how to correct this.

Thank you for helping me

In our house, one a herder ...always a herder. :D No matter what we do, Yuki takes her natural instincts. She has stopped mequpak from running off when the backyard door as open by running back and forth from back to front door (sometimes we wish she didn't help us out ...just half kidding), always chases him down when he doesn't come back in, and pretty much controls where and how fast he plays. I used to think it must stink for our pup, but I've realized that he can take care of himself. He is easy going and just takes it as her playing and isn't offended by it. As a result, it usually makes the pup more eager to start a round of wrestling.
