Sing Along With Me... (morgan update)
so to the vet's we go so to the vets we go!! (all right the seuence of events may be reversed) 
Yep had to take Morgan back to the vets this morning - I was just putting Marley in the car for our agility fun group when I thought - I better call and talk to them about his "new symptoms" (the nephratic skin on his abscess split) before we left the house. "How soon can you be here?" Most disgusting visit yet - his abscess had to be flushed. but while I was there it was decided we could take out the IV catheter - he is well hydrated at this point and eating tiny pieces of boiled chicken throughout the day which he is keeping down. the fever is also gone. I had to resort to opening the capsules from the amoxixillin and sprinkling it on the chicken tidbits I was finding them capsules all over the house - and behind things so I know he was hiding them 
Dan brought home some Yucca and we are going to try that tomorrow (full 48 hours after the last vomitting episode 
I wonder if I am too old for vet school........ |

| Good luck with the yucca..
We use cream cheese on pills it seems to work really well. My male pyr had perianal surgery a few years ago he hated pills he could pick it out of anything. I started buying jars of gerber graduates. Mini meat sticks. I would poke holes in them and put the pill in the center. It worked for a while. Good Luck Lisa and Frankie |

| You're never too old for vet school!!!!!! (I might be taking classes right next to you....) With my dad's recent illness, I had two different nurses ask me if I had a medical background. Uh, no. Just two EXTREMELY high maintenance sheepdogs!
