She can type in Japanese Chin on the net and be very selective as to the info that comes up. For example rescue associations dealing with that breed or a Japanese Chin Breed Association that would give her recommendations. Another option is to go to the AKC website or F.I.D.O (not the phone company :O) both these organizations may have contact numbers of breeders they recommend, which is how I found a list of reputable breeders when searching for a pup. Granted I was looking for an OES but they do it for all breeds. Good luck to your friend in her search! Marianne and the boys |
