I just wanted to let all that live in York County, South Carolina and in the Charlotte, NC area that I found a WONDERFUL OES groomer. She called me twice today to give me the updates on Rufus. He had a few matts on his belly and a lot around his neck from his collar. She ended up shaving a small little matt on his belly area that can't be seen and got the rest out with persistence and time. She spent almost the whole day working on him. I am just SO not used to a groomer like this. All the other groomers we have used would just shave the matts out without even consulting with me and for sure they would not take the time to dematt him, so I am VERY pleased. I know it's hard to find a good groomer that understands OES owners and how we want our dogs to look and I finally found one!!! If anyone that lives in the area wants her name let me know. Just wanted to share a good grooming experience!!!! |

Doesn't it feel good to be able to have faith in your groomer? I love mine; she works on several OESs in our area, and always calls if she finds anything "out of the ordinary". And she'd NEVER dream of shaving anything on my girls without my permission. I'm so glad you have someone you like so much!!! We're going to be in Charlotte twice this coming summer, and the girls are coming along. Maybe I'll cheat on my groomer and treat the girls to s spa day while in N.C.  |
