Well, I don't know about great, but busy. Agility run-thru tonight with the girls. Herding lesson with Belle tomorrow. And agility trial with Sybil and Sunny & Luca & Ali on Sunday.

If the weather doesn't shape up quick I'm actually not too excited about Sunday as I volunteered to work as well so will be there most of the day and it's the last outdoor trial of the season. brrrr

At least it's not snowing. Knock on wood 8O

Surely you must have something planned?

Kristine
Grooming, cleaning and packing. Blah

:twitch:
Going to Pigeon Forge...Dollywood and out to eat all weekend. Leaves are in full color and soon to be gone thanks to rain and wind. It's rained so much we are going in spite of it. We're excited as daughter just told us we are going to be grandparents for second time next summer!!!! Just can't imagine having another sweetie to love...our first one is 17 mths and just the sweetest child...we are truly being blessed.

Not really, no lessons, no trials -

Getting my hair done in the morning, taking the dogs to swim therapy in the afternoon (and the grooming that follows).

Sunday I might drive out to harvest moon if the weather holds, but may also stay in and sew (and groom :? )

Next weekend is my last outdoor trial for the year. I am predicting snow. I have been wondering how fast we can run if we are wearing boots :P :P

Congrats on the grand child!!!

I think Dollywood should have an OES nationals so I have an excuse to go there
We're going out with friends for Mexican :clappurple: :excited:
I am so excited. I'm stepping out of my tiny world - and you
wouldn't believe me if I told you how tiny my world has gotten.

Can't wait- we never get to see these friends. It's gonna be
great (unless I make an idiot of myself - which could happen. I
have no shame)

Shellie
We have a play date tomorrow with a couple moving here
from MD and a few more local OES...
Some time I want to get down to see Nita and Nelson
at the new Myrtle Beach doggie park that is is 11 acres!! :cheer:

Gosh Kerry, I wish I could figure out my sewing machine...

I feel that way about my quilting machine - which is why I have to sew up some new practice blocks. If the family has to put up withth equilting frame in the dining room on holidays I should at least use it once in a while :?
Saturday opera........Aida.
Nothing today - just work from 7a -7p.
And I told myself tonight I would sit down to WORK at my computer and get some nursing CEU's done so I can renew my license and continue to work.....

Then, my reward comes!
Saturday we have a novice (fun) weight pull to work at. Have to be there by 8:30, a bit over an hour away. I am also thinking about bringing baby Biscuit with. That would be a fun outing for the "little" guy! :D

Then Sunday is the sanctioned pull in St Paul. It is kind of nerve wracking, as it is our 1st pull in the CH class. I need to leave him on a stay, walk across the finish line and do all my handling from behind the line. I'm not worried about the stay - it's the fact that I can't get any closer without fouling....ack.... Also, our 1st pull of the fall season, so we need to get back in the groove

AND, Stephanie (sneakysheepie) and Winston & Paislee are coming down to visit us at the weight pull as well! I hope we don't embarrass ourselves 8O
The pull is sponsored as part of a bully (as in bully breeds) awareness event. Showing there are decent people with well socialized dogs out there - not just all losers with gangs, drugs and dog fighting on their agendas. They have it set up like a pet expo, with booths, vendors, speakers, disc dog demos, and of course the weight pull! One of the Micheal Vick dogs that is now a therapy dog is making an appearance as well. Should be fun :0)

Also, I have Monday off :D :D :D

And, Capstone Press is making a children's book about dogs with jobs and they are coming to interview and take pictures at my Monday obedience classes! how cool is that?!
Chewie begs to differ with WRKNK9S.......SLAVLBR
Dawn...can I come too??????? I would love to see you guys, Steph, Winney and Paisley!!!!!!

Tonight...babysitting for my grandbabies~~ Lydia is 3 yrs...Charlotte is 6 months..and whenever I go see her~~~she cries..so tonight should be really fun~!!~!!!!

Tomorrow, one of our STLOES members is getting married so Judi and I are going. It's about an hour and a half away..I hope it's not too cold, it is an outdoor wedding...so it should be interesting!!!

Sunday, I am taking Lydia to the Ghoul at the Gardens. It's our annual outing!! and is a lot of fun, but right after that, the STLOES Club is having their Halloween party!!! I am looking forward to that...I will be taking pictures of Heart and Harry..((Pearl probably won't go~~too many crazy dogs wanting to play!!!___

BUT..............NEXT FRIDAY............Dino and I are taking off for 3 funfilled days to Tunica MS.!!!!! 5 hours of peace and quiet and just talking, driving and seeing all the beautiful fall leaves.. Then...fun fun fun!!!!!..I can't wait!!!!!! :excited: :excited: :excited:

so, you don't want to know that yesterday I had the day off and cleaned house, did laundry and vacuumed. Then went out carting for 1.8 miles, then went to Wildwood Park and Chewie and I did backpacking, then we had dinner with my daughter Lisa's 2 visiting GF's from Utah, then went and taught 2 hrs of dog training......LOL

Also - I want to add my "knock on wood" to the good weather wishes for this weekend too. Our events are outdoors this weekend as well!

Kristine - we are forecasted 52 degrees, sunny and windy for Saturday, so you should be good on Sunday :D
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Yep!!!! and I will~~~~~ :D
I took today off for the vet to come out and do Bob the Wonder Pony's spring shots. Shot, actually. He only got a rabies shot. Then Rita and I went to lunch (I had the most delicious steak salad) and shopped.

Tomorrow I'm running a few errands (getting a new battery in my watch), going to yoga, then the barn. I might ride if it's not raining, then feed and bring in the horses. Sunday I'm going to visit my mom.

Monday I go to work to recuperate.
I'm going for Mexican with friends. (I guess we'll know who reads the entire thread!)
Saturday night my sister and I are going to a midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show. It's either going to be awesome or totally lame. We shall see how good a show the theater puts on!
Funny - I thought Shellie meant you :)

Enjoy the show as well
We are going to a Halloween cook-out/bonfire. Right now the weather doesn't look too promising. :( I hope it doesn't get too wet outside.
Woe is me, nothing going on but work :(
