| Maybe fly hits. Flies will come in and nibble to draw blood and lap it up. Any good bio-ointment will be fine. Only a few dogs have had this problem, more so the prick eared breeds, not so much on flop ears. |
| Sounds like Fly strike too. Just keep them clean now and pop some sort of ointment on them and the scabs should hopefully start to go away.
If it presists then a vet visit too see, but it does sound like fly strike. |
| My Mom's dog had the same thing and it got really bad. It was fly strike.
The vet gave her an ointment that had a fly repellent smell and that helped clear it up pretty fast. Good luck. |
