Welcome to the newest forum babies :)
Everything OK?
Maybe Willowsprite is finally sleeping! :)
I missed all the excitement but I am so glad that Panda did okay. Nice job on keeping things even in the gender department.

How is everyone doing including you Stacey?
I'm wondering the same thing; hopefully all the quiet from Panda and her mom are due to much needed rest being gotten after a long and exciting night!
Hi there....
Sorry for the delay in updates, I had been posting from my ipod which is a pain to type from anyway.

After puppy number 6 she pushed for a while longer and at first I thought for sure there was another but she also hadn't passed 2 placentas yet so I after a while I thought maybe it was just that. She passed the placentas a little after midnight and I took her out to pee and gave her a drink and walked her around a bit with a flashlight to her rear end but she seemed to be done.
I didn't really sleep but kind of dozed with one eye open constantly getting up to check her and the pups if I heard one squeaking to make sure no one was getting laid on etc...
At 4:15am she surprised me with puppy number 7, another boy, 15 ounces.

So, we have 7 pups, 4 boys, 3 girls, and since most of them were born Oct 21st that will be their official birthday.

All seem healthy and we have some interesting markings which you'll get to see when I post pics later.
What a nice surprise (puppy 7)

Glad everything went well.

Can't wait for pictures

I was getting worried. :phew:

I know you are tired but wasn't yesterday the 21st?

Or has that poor Panda been delivering since Tuesday?
I can't wait to see the pictures!! :D
Congrats, how exciting. It's hard to believe they are so small when they are born, boy do they grow fast.
So, she delivered on the 21 and 22. What does that mean for the poll? :?

Congratulations to Panda Mom and Panda's Mom :D :D

You're right... I seriously didn't realize what day it was....

I edited my post LOL

Funny though, I guessed 7 pups and I guessed 4 boys 3 girls, but I guessed the 22nd. LOL ONE puppy picked the right day
One boy puppy, number 6, was born green and at first I thought he was all black and I was like what the heck is that? 8O Anyway, once he was all the way out and cleaned off I realized he was not all black but green from the placenta. He does have a lot of black though, and he has markings like I've never seen. His nickname is Jigsaw, as in puzzle peice. He looks like he has a puzzle peice of black across his shoulders and a huge amount of black goes up his shawl almost to the crown of his head. Very cute.
Amber said his registered name should be "Gettin Jiggy With It" which I thought was funny, and very cool since I love Will Smith. LOL
I was so close
Since Jiggy messed up my winning guess, he should be mine....I'll start begging my husband now
So glad to hear all are healthy. Great job Panda!
You must be exhausted...Panda too!!!! But, well worth it!!! Congratulations again!!! And we will all wait patiently for pictures, until you are rested. But I don't know how THAT will happen..now you have to attend to not 1 preggie mom...BUT ++++8....
Awww I can't wait to see the pics, especially Jiggy

8O 8O 8O

You're lucky she waited till she got back in

AM/CAN CH Masquerade Millennium RN ROM was born almost 24 HOURS after her four sisters and almost missed as she was born on a potty break in the dark in Minnesota in January 8O They all share the same birthday though. Don't think her breeder wanted to have to explain that one to the AKC.

Smart to bring a flashlight

Nice number. Good job, Panda!

Kristine
Oh my! That last surprise puppy; so smart that you were looking for it!

Way to Go Panda!!!!! Congrats on being a mommy, and doing such a fine job! Looking forward to seeing photos, and wondering how I can convince Adam that we really need a third sheepie in the house.... If he could see and touch them, there'd be no need to convince him. But he's darned good at resisting photos.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I'm glad everything went well and everybody is great! I can't wait to see pictures!!! :D

cute photos!!! I forgot that they'd all have little tails. I'm looking forward to the pics in a week or two (or three); when they begin to look fluffy. I LOVE that stage!!!

I just logged in and got caught up. How wonderful! Congratulations to Panda and the pups! What a beautiful family!

Tracie, Gordon, and Hudson
Congratulations! :clappurple: :clappurple: Puppies are beautiful and healthy and that's all that matters! Mom seems to be doing well? I don't know how anyone can breed. I'd have to keep them all!

So, do they all have homes yet????
Ah, they are very cute!!! I still want one, at least! :D Also, I envy Panda that she already had her pups. I should have a talk with her about how to get them (or just one Peanut) moving! 8) :ghug:

go for two; it has its draw backs (training can be tough) but it can be a really amazing experience! I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!!
