plucking the ears

I am wondering, when plucking the ears of my dog what about using the powder that soothes that i use when i wax my legs??? would that help any discomfort???

I would use nothing on a dog that humans use without approval from a vet.

Now ear plucking you can actually get an Ear powder made for dogs, you puff it into the ear and then just use your fingers to remove the hair, not painfull for them nor leaves the flap red, the ear powder sort of loosens the hair and they feel nothing when you pluck it out, also leaves the canal nice and dry to stop bacteria etc breeding there . :wink:

Bio-groom has a brand in the ear powder and if you look there is a few brands on the market all for the same purpose. A pet shop should sell some, if not over the internet to get some. Lasts for ages too. :wink:
