| Nope, you should always be trying to improve yourself. |
It doesn't hurt esp. if there's an increase pay  ...but it's very hard to beat good boss and people you work with. That makes or breaks any good job imo. |

Especially as you have been at the current job for awhile, right? The experience (and associated stress - call it adrenalin!) of interviewing is wonderful. Networking with other potential employers is always good. Just the fact that it makes you dust off your resume and update things is a good thing! |
| You should apply.
If you get the job then you make a list of the pros and cons of each job and make a decsion based on that! You can always turn it down if you decide to stay where you are now. |
