our new agility chute

I have been trying to get this project done for a long time. Way too long!

Todd got the barrel from work over a year ago. (good thing, as he's unemployed now.....)

I bought the fabric months ago. It sat, just waiting.....

Todd accidentaly sawed off the lip, so I had to get creative with some bolts and washers to make a new "lip" to hold the chute on. I used a couple bungees hooked together in a casing on one end to hold it on. Todd screwed a couple spare boards on to stabilize it on the sides. I applied tub grippees for no slip traction when the dogs run through it.

Here it is:

and a bit closer - catching a breeze:

As usual, Breanna had to give it her stamp of appproval :D

(I don't know if Abby was surprised to see her, or just wanted the garditos in her other hand! 8) )

and Chewie gave a big smile of approval too, after running through it!

Fantastic! Great handwork guys.
It looks great!
Very cool! I am still working on mine - - -can I ask a dumb question? Are the snowflakes on the bottom decoration or for another reason?
I think they're the tub grippees to give traction for wet feet.

Yes, they are to prevent slipping w/ wet paws. Todd got them at Menards. I gave him permission to pick any ones he wanted - he had the choice of the stars, fish or plain stripes...LOL
