Cheese Biscuits Recipe (dogs)

My guys love cheese so I made these, very easy and suitable for all seasons by changing cutters. I add some flaxseed and dust the tops with parmesan.

4 ounces extra sharp cheddar, grated (can use preshredded from bags)
4 TBL butter softened and cut into 4 pieces
3/4 cup flour, plus more for rolling
1/2 TEA salt
1 TBL half and half or milk

Heat oven to 350. In a food processor combine cheese, butter, flour and salt, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add half and half, process on low until a ball forms. Using floured board roll dough to 1/8" thick. Cut with cookie cutters, transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
