big crowd, cheap and fast
Will have to be served outside because hall will be having the service since the artists are still in the church. So no cooking and making noise in adjoining kitchen. Can temp store something in walkins, but no reheating or cooking. Needs to be quick and easy as I'm busy. Needs to be reasonble price. Cocktail party type food maybe better since there will be few tables available back in the hall, for utensil use. We can't all bring chips and guacamole........hmmm

| A pasta salad with chicken and tons of veggies? Room temp frittata? Hollowed out cucumber slices filled with ham or chicken salad? Fruit kabobs with dip? Mini quiches? |

| Thought about sandwiches.......still possible. Italian Pasta Chicken salad doesn't have mayo so could stand out a while..............
I thought of some cranberry muffins I got out of the newspaper about a year ago, recipe made a boat load......ring any bells. |
