If anyone should know better   , how do you not realize you have a dog in your car  . She should resign , what credibility does she have now.... |
| Better communication between husband and wife.........and wife needs to slow down! Or else this was their way of euthanasia.......all in all, just awful. I agree, she needs to go! |

How could you not know???I think it's pretty understandable how she didn't know. He is 16 years old, blind and deaf. Her husband put him in the car, she didn't realize it. If the dog is quiet, why would she realize he was there? Look, people forget their own babies in the car sometimes - it just happened again here 2 days ago. Yes, it's absolutely horrible. But it's an accident. People are......human. I don't know how I could personally go on living if I ever accidentally killed a dog or a child by forgetting them in a car. But I understand how it can happen, and ache for the agony the person goes through. I don't think she should step down. People need to look at the dedication she's given to her work. I think she needs compassion during a terrible time. She would do well to bring more attention to how easily this can happen. |
