SMOKER GRILL

Does anyone have a outside smoker?
electric or charcoal.

been looking at one and its a new way of cooking (no fat added )

info video makes it look so easy.
I prefer the electric because of the fire thingy. lol

can I leave it on the deck this winter?

I'd be interested also. I looked at some Smokey Joe's but can't decide :roll:
We have a smoker -- it isn't electric it is charcoal. We use it sporadically and the meat is always wonderful. It is a small one and it is really my husbands interest and he does all of the cooking in it.

We do leave it out on our back patio but the patio is covered. I am not sure it would do well in the elements.

I love to smell the air when he has something going in it!!
I don't have the outside version - Mine is a stovetop one. You put the charcoal chips in the bottom of the smoker and turn the stove on - It cooks right there on top and tastes AMAZING. You can also use it as a roaster - I've used it for turkey. Just make a foil tent and you're good to go. Best $40 I ever spent. :D
