Ch. Masquerade Alice Acres Madness....aka Chewie

We did it today in the 1st show at the SE Wisconsin OES club's specialty show. He took Winners dog and Best of Winners to finish his championship.

We were surrounded by dog friends and family and did it!

Pictures will be coming, but no one had their camera, so we have to wait for the professional ones.

Oh, you mean the one to protect me from utter humilation when Sybil does her best mule imitation??? :wink:

No, we really were that photographically unprepared. And Sybil is doing OK. Learning how to handle her. She's still a piece of work, but enjoying herself and showing a little better day by day.

Chewie looked awesome and despite loud and obnoxious "handling instructions" from the peanut gallery known as co-breeder, with my trying to hush her up (been there, done that from inside the ring :twisted: :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:, know how distracting she can be), Dawn just showed him the way he should be shown and didn't do what I did when I finished his dam which was to get so excited I almost fell over the dog after the judge pointed to us :oops: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Very fabulous and esp so in front of the "home crowd", plus stud dog owner happened to be there, and this is the show where Dawn and LeAnne and I first met, so all rather fitting. And nice that she finished him at a specialty.

Fun weekend. One more day to go. Sooo tired, but having a blast.
