iPod question

Maybe this is really a CD question.

I have a few playlists on my computer via my iPod. I have burned each playlist onto its own CD. If I add more songs to the playlists, can I add the new songs to the existing CDs, or do I have to burn a new CD?

Second question: are CDs like VHS tapes in that you can record over them?

It is a CD question. ;) You can't add songs to a regular CD-R that you've burned. Once it's burned, it's burned. Time to burn a new CD.

You could if you were using a CD-RW but you probably aren't-- they just aren't used anymore much now that people have thumb drives available so cheap.
I knew you would be the first to answer  I figured what was burned was burned but needed to verify. Thanks.
