4th of July...very different behavior...

Last night Heart and Coz were outside,

Pearl was sleeping of course..rough day at the groomers you know!!!

A HUGE BOOM went off..

HEART~~~~pushed the back door open and ran through it , past Dino, past Pearl, past her 'baby' round the corner, straight in the bathroom...

Coz~~~ was close behind Heart, except he stopped in the corner where he always lays, his safe spot.

Pearl~~~got up and ran out the door to see what was happening!!!!!!!

     :D :D :D

Our Ollie loved fireworks.

We had to restrain him, as he tried to chase them and catch them as the remains fell to the ground out in the hayfield. Crazy dog....I miss him!
It's going to be interesting tonight. 8O Genny is frightened to death of them and Beau usually doens't seem to notice them at all.
Val that sounds just like Luna! When the girls were very little; there was a BIG noise (I don't recall what it was) and little 2 month old Luna went tearing towards it to see what it was, while Tonks who was twice her size ran in the opposite direction.

Last night we all sat on the front porch and watched a firework display that was near enough that we could see it from our house. I'm ever so glad my girls are not afraid of loud noises like Fireworks or Thunder. I read about how hard it is on some dogs, and their owners. My thoughts are with you guys!!!
My first two sheepies were petrified of fireworks and thunder, I am so happy that none of this bothers Jenny.
When we were eating dinner on the Sunday night after Sheepiepalooza a huge boom went off. Someone obviously had some M80's or something.
Poor Harry was a mess. I can't stand that people set those things off. My guys were fine on the 4th except for when the High School had it's grand finale. I had to tell Bella just to go lie down. They were trying to find the source of the noise too.
