Agility Training Book????

Can anyone recommend a good book on agility training? Preferably one that goes further than just what each obstacle is and how to train on it, but has some discussion of commands, hand signals and moving from one obstacle to the next.
Oh and one that is still in print. :D

You are really looking for a handling book - or articles. I train using the Mecklenburg method (Awesome Paws) and would recommend anything by Linda, I actually have to order the jump book to make sure I do Marley's rehab correctly.

She also has a number of her clean run articles and some videos available on her website for free http://www.awesomepaws.us/library.htm - and then there is also a subscription service that I don't knwo anything about.
Thanks that website looks interesting!
I'll have time to snoop tonight. :D
