OES Maltese Cross

We had a visit to the vet today and, as always, had a chat about OES. Our vet has only met a handful in his career, but he said Bally is by far the sweetest (sorry, proud mummy moment  )

Anyway, apparently he met another recently because a woman had a bitch she was trying to breed. Her girl was successfully impregnated, but when the litter finally turned up, they discovered it wasn't by the purebred OES stud, but rather by the little Maltese living across the road.

.... The mind boggles at how that happened 8O 8O 8O

So now she has three normal OES pups and three mini mes

HUMMMMMMMM interesting to say the least.
must be cute little guys, can you get pics?
Puppies can result from 2 different males in the same litter. Perhaps each male has 3 pups in the litter. DNA testing is available to solve the dilemna.
Sounds like the bitch was reading Canine Kama Sutra.

wow, learn something new everyday!

can you imagine their faces as those maltese pups were born, haha
Our Sibbie whelped 5 pure sibbie pups and one obviously part St.Bernard pup. Our male Saint was just 5 months old. Nature's call is strong.
The mind boggles, Maltese and OES!!!! 8O
My Mum's little houdini chihuahua x terrier had 3 puppies after digging her way out. It was fairly obvious that 2 were fathered by a terrier up one end of the street and 1 by a long legged hairy critter up the other. We always joked that she stood on a box. But this mix takes the cake for innovation.
