Laika's humping Langley

I was hoping she wouldn't but it has started already. Seen it twice. Bla!

Well... any suggestions?

Is it a problem?

I mean, do they get into fights about it? Does she embarrass you in public?

I have a neutered male who likes to hump one of his sisters. She doesn't care, but when it starts to get on my nerves I tell him to get off and he does. You can always keep at her to stop. Chances are they're just working things out between them, so my inclination would be to let them be unless it causes problems or it bothers you for some reason.

Neutered dog and I do have an agreement he's not to do this in public.

They do it when they get playing. I wasn't sure if it will be a problem. Doesn't seem to bother him, he seems unaware. Usually I just call her name casually to stop the humping. Silly girl.

Oh, that's just normal. Probably imprinting on the bugger who really runs the show. Good for her

I don't know what my dumb male thinks he's doing, because he does it to the most dominant bitch in the house, and, yes, typically when they're playing. But she worships and protects her brother. Maybe she feels sorry for him for being so challenged in the brains and gonad department. Who knows?

Phew! She has a tendency to hump. If I pick up one of the cats or occasionally Langley (that isn't happening as much, getting big) she will grab my leg hump. Isn't the easiest situation holding something and she is humping at you. We are working on it :(
I've had this problem (?) with my Aussie China toward her niece Asia for a while. I just tell her "Off." and she gets down. Asia is bigger then China and she usually sits down and looks at me with a look that say "Jeez Mom, get her off me." I don't feel it has anything to do with dominance...I think it is their way of playing.

Babette use to hump Syd  She is the boss of dumb dumb  I just say to her "Hey stop it" and she does   Happens ever so often especially if they are playing, he outweighs and out sizes her so she decided to hump him instead to tell the oompa loompa she rules :P

Not done it in a long time now, I think she has won who is the boss and who rules out of the two of them

Brains VS Mega Boy.   She outsmarts him daily now, especially if she wants the toy he has, no more tugs now it is pick up something else and tease him till he takes an interest in that one then he drops the one she wants and she goes and gets it, dumb dumb is tricked every time by her
Hmmmmm another thought about your 2 Lisa....

Maybe Mega Boy is using Miss Brains.
Perhaps he is secretly tired of his toy, but keeps chewieng , knowing it is driving sister crazy. He chews until she can't stand it and swaps him....and *presto* he gets a fresh toy delivered to him without having to even move!!! 8O
