Willoughby's cousin!

:D I was visitng friends in Victoria a few weeks ago(without Willoughby as it was part business) when I saw a sheepie at the outdoor cafe part of a restaurant, Adrienne's Tea Garden, which is atatched to boutiques and a garden centre where i had taken my friend Pat for lunch.

I spoke to his humans and said I thought he looked a lot like Willoughby. We compared notes and it turns out he was ten years old and came form the same breeders as Willoughby in Nelson, BC, a city in the Kootenays. 8) Sheepies are very rare in BC and when we're out walking, I'm always asked what kind of dog he is!

Hi Lynda,

Long time since we chatted!!! You're right , sheepies are so rare in BC that mine get a lot of attention when we're out and about. I always get so excited when I see another and often compare notes to see if it's one of Merlin's relatives.

How thrilled you must have been to see another sheepie and even more so ,when you find out they are one of your boy's relatives!!!

Keep in touch and give all your furkids a pat from me.

Marianne
:D Many thanks, Marianne! Hugs in return. You'll have to apply a general hug to the bunnies, sort of like blowing kisses for us!
