Constant constant licking and barking
And for the barking, he'll let us know when the neighbors are outside. Neither behavoir really bother me, I was just wondering if theres a better way to lessen this so our neighbors don't complain  |

| Puppy kisses! Heck, Winnie didn't give us puppy kisses until she was 9 months old cause she spent the first months trying to dominate us.
As for barking, we finally got one of those devices that emits a high pitched sound only dogs can hear. So far, it's working. |
| we ended up getting a collar for kipper to get him to stop. The darn pup's so smart he knows he can bark when its off! Haha. Smart lil devil. |
