Crows

We have a bunny nest in the front yard and witnessed a crow fly off with two of the babies. I put a box over the top of the nest and spooked the last small baby and it hopped off. Will it come back? The mother keeps coming back every night.

Awwww, sorry. That must have been awful. :(
If it helps, the crow is most likely feeding it's own babies as well.......
Hi,

Wild bunny moms usually appear as if they abandoned their babies as they feed them early in the morning and then go forage themselves. The only advice I would give (if bunny returns is make sure the box has two exits as they hesitate to get into something where they feel trapped. They are more apt to use a box if there is an entrance and exit. Hope the baby is okay and thanks for trying to help.
