![]() ![]() ![]() When Maudie and Basil were pups, she'd grab him by his scuff, shake hard and then drag him around the yard. We were living at a ranger station with frequent visitors. Many times they'd come in and say the black and white shaggy dog is killing the St. Bernard puppy. Nope, they were just playing. |
Seems to me Laika was being a very thoughtful playmate. |
Perhaps I need a video of when it really escalates. Now that I watch it it isn't that crazy. Sometimes I worry oh will she break his neck or back. Oh and poor little guy she won't let him run his crazies out. If he tries she stops him. I remember her doing it to the point she get so wound up she run across the couch and over.
He has already copying her play. We ran into a Bernie mountain dog pup and he was the dominate one for sure. Pushing him with his head like a bull like Laika. |
I think some play and some maybe Laika trying to put him in his place... she's being careful though by the look of it. |
well she isn't doing a very good job! ![]() He comes back for more. Oh my when we go for walks, my arms are going to be strong for the first 1/2 he is trying with all his might to get her to grab at her leash to bite her face. She just walks along dumdeedum. I say hey how about a little help; put him in his place. Nope dumdeedum. ![]() |

![]() I was thinking the same thing. When my two go at it(often) it sounds like they are about to kill each other. Thats the most fun. |
They are just having a grand time. When the neighbors see my 2 playing outside they think that they are fighting, they play so rough. |
