I dropped Archie off the other week at the kennels, off he trotted with the kennel maid and didn't bat an eyelid back at me Shocked

I felt gutted I was quite upset Sad

Well we picked him up yesterday on our return, the big mad bouncy thing was really happy to see us, after running backwards and forwards between my wife and me he went to the back of the car to get in!

He apparently enjoyed his time with his three off the leash runs in their extensive grounds each day played happily with other dogs and was no trouble at all. Apparently his first greeting of the day was a very "mad bouncing and dashing around the grounds! - why am I not surprised? Laughing All the staff loved him.
They we very impressed that he didn't goto the toilet in his kennel and run at all, they brushed him through each day, and he was in a lot better condition than the last kennels he stayed at. He bonded the very first day with one kennel maid and preferred to go out with her.

I feel guilty about boarding him in a kennel, but it sounds like he enjoyed himself at this one..

He took exactly 2 seconds to bounce on the cats on his arrival home (they were secretly thinking he had gone for good I think!) he settled right in as if he had never been away.
Sounds like Archie had a great holiday too Razz Laughing

Always hard to know and always a bit scary when kenneling for the first time, but judging by Archie he obviously gave the place the paws up seal of approval. Wink
Archie had a vaction at a top of the line resort!
