Jenny's Summer Cut

Here are two pictures of Jenny' summer cut. Overall I was extremely pleased. I just can't get used to the top knot with the short cut. The groomer wanted to try it that way, but I have always been used to the "sun visor" bangs on my other sheepies. He said if there was anything I didn't like to bring her back and he would take care of it. I think I might take her back today to do a change on her head. I love the top knot in full coat, but I am not liking it with the short.

And introducing Little Miss Hollywood. She loves sunglasses!

I think sheepdogs should have long hair on their had for a topknot! That's basically how I keep one of mine. It looks adorable on your cutie!!
what a cutie pie!!! :aww:
I don't like a top knot with a short cut personally - makes em look like fraggles

But I love sheepies in sunglasses :D :D
Thanks everyone. OK, so we took her back this morning, but she still isn't quite the way I want. I think I just need to take a picture of my last sheepie to actually show the groomer what I want. The groomer is wonderful, I just don't think he has had much experience with sheepies. The good news is it will grow enough in a couple of weeks to fix it. Not that she looks bad, it just isn't quite what I am used to or the exact way that I want it.

Jenny looks adorable. :D

I agree with taking a picture in - it really helps the groomer out. Most can duplicate a look if they actually see it!

It's the ears. More hair on the muzzle (next time), less on top of the head  (I'm with you!) and the poodle ears have got to go (been there, done that with my first OES who came home sporting a different breed look every time...never an OES look, unfortunately    )

Love the sunglasses, though. 8)

Thanks, Kristine. I couldn't stop laughing at your comments about the poodle ears and bringing home a different breed each time. Any my little Miss Hollywood loves to wear sunglasses, none of my other sheepies did. I guess she thinks she is a star --------- well she is at least in our house.
the sunglasses need another accessory....bling...like a sparkley collar or ponytail holder....(well, if she still had her topknot)...

i agree the ears need to be trimmed up about an inch.....

she is just adorable!
Ahhh Jenny, she looks happy. A real cool cucumber, love the shades. :aww:
