Crockpot Thursday...Poin Loin Roast

That's what I'm making tonight.

Thinly sliced onions line the bottom of the crockpot.
Cut up potatoes
Both salted and peppered

I rubbed the roast with mustard and rolled it in ground fennel seed.

Added 1 cup white wine and turned it on!

I'll let you know how it works out (but its sounds like a winner to me!)

Yum, sounds good!

I'm having crockpot weekend - food for the agility seminar...... :D
Can't wait to hear the results. I just bought a large pork loin. Cut it in half and 1 roast and 8 very think chops.
It was a....WINNER! Very tasty! I cooked it a bit too long (I worked late last night), so it fell apart when I tried to cut it.

But it was really great.
I'll have to try this. I do a similar one with BBQ sauce - makes great pulled pork sandwhiches (since it always falls apart too)
Oh my...I just realized I named this topic, "Poin Loin" instead of Pork Loin.

I was thinking this would be a great bbq pull! I may try that next!
At least you didn't call it "Porn Loin!"
LMAO!!!!
