Ready, willing and APPROVED!

:D I am pleased to announce that we have been approved to adopt an OES. We will be picking up our new boy, Duncan, on Friday. He is about 4 - 5 years old and was rescued from a puppy mill where he served as a stud. Needless to say, my husband and I are just thrilled and ecstatic! We are definitely ready to join in the fun!

The rescue agency must have seen that you joined oes.org and realized you'd have plenty of support with your new guy, whenever you need it! :D :D :D

Thank you, thank you, thank you! He's such a beautiful dog. From what his foster father said, he is really sweet. We can't believe it. It's still hasn't sunk in, but we are going to work to be the best OES mom and dad that we can be.

BTW, I'm at work and can't remember my log-in stuff. I'm too tired after last night to even try. We were so excited that we didn't even try to get to sleep until almost 1. My alarm clock goes off at 5:30, so I'm a little bleary eyed and bleary brained.
Oh, I'm SO happy to hear this!!:go: All 4 of our sheepies have been rescues and I wouldn't go any other way. I'm so excited for you and can't wait to see pictures!! :yay:
That's great news :clappurple:
BTW, I'm in San Antonio too, and have Abracadabra, who turns 12 this month, and is my third Sheepie...can't imagine not living with one :hearts:

CONGRATULATIONS!! Nothing better than an OES, but especially nothing better than a spoiled sheepie - Patch and I wish you, and family, and Duncan all the best for many many years.

we are all here for you congrats give him plenty of hugs
We called him Fred before he was renamed by a couple that was going to foster him (didn't work out). I'm glad he found a home, he's awesome!
