| If the kids are already familiar with sushi, this would be a great hit. If the germ factor bothers you, have them wear gloves or plastic bags over their hands......or everybody washes well ahead.
You might even have some real sushi on hand, mild stuff mainly rice and nori to give them an idea of what it is all about. It looks like fun. |

cool - and if the kids are taking theri own home I wouldn't worry about the germ factor - they are probably immune to their own germs  You can also make them wash their hands before they make it |
If worried about the germ factor, one could always cook it before eating!
