GO BIG OR GO HOME
Background info, she grew up in Colorado, Evergreen to be exact, skiing her entire life. Taught skiing for 9 years at A-Basin. So I had a pretty good idea she was good, but teased anyway. First run just a warm up, which I consider a run through the terrain park. Only to find out, park has either been moved or taken down. Back to story, so she is on my outside as I glance back and I'm getting ready to cut left over this jump. I guess she read my mind, because the next second she on my inside and just goes huge off the jump. So of course I had to follow. Thinking hope she lands this because I not far behind. We both do and I'm grinning from ear to ear thinking this is GREAT. We ski down, she stops and has a huge smile. Not even thinking of the teasing, she says, So can I keep up or what? Ummm yeah!! She says, ok lets ski. Had a great day. |

Good for you all in that fun sport! I can't even make a bunny slope! I water ski but, that snow skiing is crazy stuff

I went skiing in CO once. You guys have bigger hills than MN!!!
And it's a lot warmer too. Skiing in MN is brutal. |

Shon, you didn't mention where you were skiing........but then anywhere with snow works great! Skied for 9 years at A-basin, worked at Ski Tip when still privately owned/preKeystone. |

| Just went to Loveland ski area. I rode at A-basin for years. Love that mountain, broke my pelvic in 3 places dropping a cliff there few years ago. Yes after I healed, went back and dropped the cliff again. |
