What do you eat for breakfast everymorning?

Scoop of uncooked rolled oat with dried fruit, nuts, and whole milk. Along with that a glass of blueberry kiefer.

I get stuck on breakfast kicks. What I would really love to have every morning is bacon and eggs but I'm to lazy to cook in the morning.

An asiago cheese bagel and two cups of black tea. Every morning for probably at least a year. Not exactly a breakfast of champions but I try to make it up in my other meals later in the day.
Coffee with cream for sure!

Then maybe sausage and eggs or Italian style meatballs.

When I was younger a nice Asiago cheese bagel smothered in butter frin Au Bon Pain, or an onion bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese from Dunkin' Donuts.

But that stuff just packs on the pounds with me.
Slice of rye toast or an English muffin...either topped with a slice of melted cheese (usually hot pepper!) & at least 3 cups of coffee. Oh wait, I only drink the decaf coffee from October thru April. From April thru October I switch to Diet Mountain Dew!
I have leftovers durning the week. On weekends I will make a larger breakfast, potatoes, eggs, bacon, toast, also I leave out the potatoes and have french toast.

Ok-- I must be dumb-- but what is Blueberry Kiefer???

I have a Low Fat Blueberry Muffin and coffee and or Diet Dew. Or a bowl of Cheerios w/ banana- and 1 tsp. milk. I hate milk-- but have to use just enough so the cereal isn't completely dry.
During the week for the past few years. 1 yogurt cup, one fruit, one ganola bar and coffee.
Usually cereal with fruit. In fact I had it just now too - a bowl of shredded wheat with blueberries in it. Yum :D

I can't eat when I 1st wake up, but in a few hours I'm starving!
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogart with 1/4 cup lowfat granola.

(is my husband reading??? and a tall 1.5 pump double tall mocha from starbucks.
Breakfast is usually coffee and a banana.
I alternate between Brown Sugar Mini-Wheats, 26 to be exact with a 1/2 cup of skim milk and a Medium Double Double Decaf or 3/4 cup of Fruit Loops.

On Sundays and only Sundays I will make bacon and eggs.. it is my weekly treat.

What is an Asiago bagel?
Yeah, I was wondering what a blueberry kiefer is too.

an asiago is a type of cheese, similar to parmesan...so the asiago bagel has the asiago baked into it. Yummy.

If I'm at work I'll either have a packet of oatmeal and coffee (although I don't even consider the coffee part of breakfast...it's just part of life!) or 2 Nutrigrain waffles (which I'm currently eating).

If it's the weekend or I'm at home I might have half a bagel or maybe some cereal, or maybe an egg white scrambled eggs...
Breakfast?????
I'm not a breakfast fan either. I usually grab a cookie and wait for the REAL meals later in the day. When we go to IHOP (like sunday) ...I am so turned off by everything that I just order lunch. However, occasionally I do love pancakes, waffles, or a bagel.
Kiefer........think a more liquid yogurt

Right now during Lent, 1 piece of toast w/ peanut butter and my every present giant mug of something....coffee usually in a.m., later herbal tea.

Non-Lent, eggwhite omlet and oatmeal or cereal and milk.
Coffee. Juice (orange or tomato). On the weekends a poached egg, half an English muffin, and a sausage patty. During the week I alternate between cottage cheese and peanut butter toast, or Egg Beaters scrambled with a little cheese and veggie sausage links. I found that cereal no longer fills me (except for oatmeal).

I love breakfast and could eat it for every meal. I stay away from bacon because half a pound is a single serving for me.
I stick to one of four things pretty much.
1. Egg beaters with soy sausage (Thanks, Paula!)
2. Oatmeal
3. Kashi Go Lean with skim milk and a banana
4. Thomas' Whole Grain English muffin (light) with sugar free jelly, and fruit.

Coffee, of course.

Every few weeks, on the weekend, I will have fried eggs with bacon. But its a rare occasion...and I love bacon..so I work it in.
As a "Lifetime" member of Weight Watchers for a little over 4 years now (lost 124 lbs) I give props to Debcram on some wise choices. I eat similar breakfasts and on occasion I will microwave 1 egg white and 2 pieces of thin Canadian Bacon with about 1/2 ounce of cheese on a "light" muffin. Always nice to cook up an egg white omelet with veggies and a couple of slices of "light" rye toast. After being properly educated on not only what to eat but on how to eat, breakfast is really a very important meal. Sets up the rest of the day and starts you out with a good base.

Toast with cheddar and german garlic salami..oh YUM!!!!!!!!!! (Salami is my weakness, next to cheese!)
A couple of cups of hazelnut coffee, a couple Marlboros and let the day begin!
Work days 2 HB eggs and 1 slice whole wheat toast

Week ends coffee, coffee, and more coffee, I usually forget to eat in the am and then when my head is pounding, I remember to eat and by then, anything I can grab...
Cupa tea and a couple of chocolate chip cookies

I call that "The Breakfast of Champions!"
I need to add Todd's in here. I am the "not hungry in the morning", lucky to eat a bowl of cereal with fruit. On a work day it is the cereal eaten dry out of a bag while at work.

Todd is the other extreme. He wakes up starving. Starts with coffee and the marlboro's (yes  Holly, but plain coffee - hates the flavored stuff - but he adds a liberal amount of sugar!)
Then he makes half a pound of bacon, then fries 3-4 eggs in the bacon drippings to a perfect over easy. Also 2 pieces of wheat toast, loaded with butter. All eaten with several more cups of coffee, topped by a cigarette after he's done.... and that's just breakfast.

The kicker is, he is a stick! 6 feet tall and about 175 pounds.
Short story: This morning my hubby woke up with a headache and asked if I would drive him to work. (he usually drives his motorcycle) Anyway, he knew I had run out of bananas (my breakfast is one banana and many cups of coffee) so when we stopped at a gas station to pick up his newspapaper, he came out with a banana for me. I thought he that was so sweet...and I was hungry because I had only eaten a Jello pudding cup for dinner last night. lol The girls, of course, got their Slim Jim. Daddy would never forget to get them a treat either.:)

Awww...that is so sweet!!! You got a good one there!
I swear I will move to America! I'm lucky if I scrap up a stale bowl of cornflakes. Home brand at that. You guys have things to eat I have never even heard the names of before! I can only dream of what they taste like.
Even though I don't eat this anymore, one of the absolute best breakfast meals I used to eat in a prior life is (drum roll please) SCRAPPLE! For the many of you out there who never ate or even heard of SCRAPPLE, just know that it a formed block of EVERYTHING left over from a pig except the squeal. It sounds revolting BUT it is outstanding. It is native to the Pennsylvania region and when cooked to perfect crispness there is nothing like it with a couple of scrambled eggs, homefries and toast! Like I said, I don't eat this anymore since it doesn't quite fit into my Weight Watcher world. Maybe when we all hear about that eventual comet coming to hit our little planet, I'll run out and get some. What a way to go!
Coffee, coffee, coffee (egads! I know that sounds terrible). I never eat breakfast, rarely eat lunch and if I do I'm often multi-tasking at lunch and eat a granola bar while walking around. Yikes that sounds even worse!

Weekends, I like to eat raisin toast with cream cheese or cinnamon spread (food of the gods - yummy!) or range free eggs. For those of you that have never tried these you're missing out. The yolks are orange and the egg is so delicious compared to those who have been laid by over stressed chickens.

Marianne
This morning I ate a foot long subway sandwich... or should I say, I'm eating it now. I'm sure I will follow it with some dessert.

Marianne - all eggs in the US (I think)have orange yolks. they are orange because the hens eat corn.
The ones with pale yolks are that way because they eat wheat - which is usually the case in canada.

How is that for generally useless chicken/egg trivia!

We have our own free range hens, and they are starting to lay. Hens lay based on day length, not temperature, so egg hunting is a race to find them before they freeze. It is COLD here - it is -5F and I am sick of it.
Todd found 2 of them too late yesterday, so they are going to be dog food - lucky pups!
Yeah, but there are varying degrees of orangeness to the yolks...I've found the higher the quality the egg the more orange the yolk, so maybe that's what she's referring to.

Actually, the yolk color only reflects the hen's diet and what pigments are present in her food.
It would just be coincidental that the hen with a brighter yolk color has a better egg.
Foods with less pigment are just as nutritional and make good eggs. It is just a marketing tool - people like eggs with a bright color to the yolk. There are even thing that farmers can feed to the hens to affect the pigment (usually to make the yolks look more orange - marigolds are one), but they are generally illegal.

Haha, I love this.

I usually pick up a bagel/oj from dunkin donuts or eat a cup of pineapple. I usually try to hold out and just eat lunch, which is stupid and usually ends up backfiring because I eat way too much and spend the rest of my day trying to keep my eyes open.

On the weekends I eat really sugary cereal with soy milk.

Today, I'm having the same as yesterday. It was so good that it was all I could think about last night. I wanted another so bad, so today I'm getting a foot long and a 6".
