Growl-kissing

Anyone ever seen this kind of weird behavior?

I get down on the floor with my 5 year old OES, Charlie. Immediately two year old Toby jumps up from wherever he is, runs over, gets into the bow position and barks and/or growl-kisses Charlie. A growl-kiss is exactly that... growling while furiously licking Charlie's muzzle at the same time. Charlie's reaction to the interference is to turn his head away, tuck it under my arm or sometimes lift his lip silently to Toby as if to say "just go away".

Happens every time I get down on the floor to get next to Charlie.

mine do this at times. It's like kids, do one thing with one and the other wants in on the fun.
My boys do this too!! By 2-year Charley does the exact same thing...we call it the aaaaaroooooo w/ a vibrating friendly growl...it's the cutest thing. He will then give kisses to our 3-year Koda... They are my babies, my husband and I don't have any kids yet but they are close to being our kids...I'm sure you love your boys to death.
