the weather is driving billy crazy
has has a big issue with the weather, when we first got him it was raining all the time and he would be jumping up high in the air catching the raindrops while on the lead having a walk, it was hurrendous. his stopped this now, but along with that when he got in he would run round the house screaming (still dous this but not as bad, just when its heavy rain) he also has issues when its sunny but only inside, he chases the dust which he creates by running from one end of the living room to the other and skidding either end, when the sun shines on the dust he goes mad. and now its snow. we dont have a great deal compared to most of you but his driving me crazy with it, screaming around the house. i dont know if he is scared of it or loves it. i let him out and ive tried leaving him to it which he runs around the garden screaming and ive tried playing with him thowing snowballs but he is still running round crying and then wont come in. ive tried distracting him, this was mainly when it rained and it worked to an extent, but it wont work with the dust or the snow. he goes to obidience training and he dous understand the word no when his doing wrong just not in these situations. even when i send him to his bed he sits there looking out of the window crying. done the water spray, he likes that. his driving me insane any suggestions how to stop him. |
