Randy and I went to the Pet Expo yesterday and among the many things to do and see was agility and freestyle dancing. The agility was fun to watch and some of the dogs were excellent...and it was our agility instructor that was doing the announcing. After browsing the booths for a few HOURS(it got realllllly crowded) it was finally time for the dancing dogs. What a letdown. The announcer was an older women with a very shaky voice that went on and on. They did some moves and it seemed that the dogs were not very interested. Then came the music and I've seen my dog do a better job at dancing then these people and their dogs. I don't blame the dogs, they are doing what they are taught. The moves are supposed to be WITH the music but there was none of that. We got up and left after watching for about 15minutes. |
