Chocolate Truffles ..BLGGHH

Cozette can't help but try to sneak into the laundry room the SECOND she's not supervised.....we've since had to put a wedge in the door so she has no chance of getting in there.

She likes to munch on chocolate truffles from the cat litter box if you know what I mean. Third time I've caught her since Christmas.

What in the??? I didn't know dogs would do that......
Does that mean anything???

great isn't it? I particularly like how the clumping cat litter gets stuck in their wet beards. Double Ugh!

I read here on the baord last year a great line that applies:

"The cat box is not a cookie jar!"

No its not, here its a snack box. 8O
No, it just means she's gross. (Like Owen, who will also try for a poo munch if he is unsupervised). :)
My vet said it's because cats eat eat a very high protein diet and poop more protein than can be found in dog food. Apparently dogs instinctively know where to get more protein.

That is what I always thought too.
Yhankfully, none of mine surf up to the litter box. They could reach it (Maggie and Chewie anyway), so knock on wood. :D
Cat crunchies.... like popcorn at the movies for dogs... if it's there, just gotta have some
Blllghghghghghghhh.....no more kisses, that's for sure...... :P
Mine do it too...and my lovely neighbor cats seem to poop in my dog run every day...isn't that nice of them. I also heard that cats don't digest their food very well...part of the attraction.
Here we call it kitty crunchys. Like Allison said, the clumping cat litter gets stuck in wet beards. That is the grossest!!!

Our last cat went to the bridge this past summer and we both agreed, NO MORE CATS!!!
Chauncey has never been much for the taste, however our lab, now OTB has enjoyed a morsal or two. Jake loved an ocassional nugget from the cat box.
erm try switching her food to Whiskas, 9 out of 10 sheepies prefer it
Barney loves kitty crunchies too. 99% of the time he can't get to the litter box, but if I forget to put the barrier back up, then somehow that's always where I can find him
After reading this, I am glad I don't have any cats.

Agree. BUT, Patch indulges in bunny rabblit chocolate covered raisins in the backyard - I always know when she has found a mound of them because she cannot be drawn away from her buffet. And then comes in the house with a big smile on her face licking her chops. YUK!!!!
