You know that crate I complained about shipping...
it was damaged or lost while being shipped. I assume damaged b/c how do you lose a crate? So after all that trouble and delay to send it back to the breeder, I have to make another trip to the post office to stand in line forever ...to fill out a claims form to get money for it (which the person on the phone said the package was already insured for). I should have just paid for it in the beginning!  (which is what I asked to do) |
