C'mon you lot spill the beans what happened and who did what? :excited:

Bad diseases on you all if no one took their camera & photos to share
LOL = I will download later this morning. I got home at 1:30 am!
But, I do have a few pictures.
I am still retrieving pictures from both cameras but here is a little teaser for the big news......

Harry and Heart posing with their second leg Novice Rally ribbons on Saturday.

The course was very easy and the judge was even easier. That was a good thing because Harry, Heart and Chewie were not exactly focused on the course that day. Perhaps they did a bit too much partying from the night before.

Only one more leg to go for a title. Can they do it? :lmt:
The group gathers to watch Rally on Sunday morning:

Those would be placement ribbons....

There were 10 dogs and Harry took 1st and Heart took 4th.
you better post the scores before she asks :D

Oh my gosh - I am soooooooooooo sorry. I did mess that up.

I knew she took 3rd and have been bragging about it to everyone in my family and then I blow it here.

I will never live this down from Val. :(

Oh, we have some in obedience around here as well, usually referred to as parti-colored. . According to the National Breed club, it's a DQ. (though UKC allows "multi-colored" poodles). They take some getting used to. I did a few dozen double takes the first time I saw one and wondered what had slipped in under the fence

They show up in litters of purebred poodles (meaning the colors are back there) so can be registered and compete in performance. Some people breed them intentionally.

Some day I'll have my standard poodle (when I can find a breeder who genuinely breeds for structure). But it will be BLACK so it will stand out in the particolored grey & white crowd

Atta girl, Val!!!

She reported it correctly to me last night so that's how the brag hit the Performance OES list, but, you know, let her sleep on it and she demotes you - tsk tsk

Kristine
well locate two cause my first dog was a standard black poodle and when I realize am too old to wrestle with OES and and Newfs I am sure I'll have one as well. but temperment is an issue. Marley has a black standard in some of her classes and she is unruly - she also bites her handler when she runs agility.
Val and I were so excited to get our final leg in our title. Look at how excited we are when the judge asked who was on their third leg?

Here are some pictures of Harry in the ring. I was so happy to see how intent he was on me.

Do you notice how my "little girl" is fixating on MEEEEEEE???????

I personally think that Harry and Heart had a pow-wow right before they went into the ring....and they both decided to SHOCK us!!!!

Judi and I were VERY proud of our two!!!! Having 2 sheepies in the top 3 felt sooooo GOOD!!!!!!!
wow that is concentration - she looks lovely :)
Here are a few more...... and thankfully no one (i think) took pictures of Chewie and I on Saturday. (I only entered rally on Saturday, unsure of the timing conflicts for doing both rally and breed on the same days.) We did OK, as Chewie was the same as Heart and Harry - not the most "on" as he usually is. He did manage scores of 95 in excellent and 97 in advanced to pick up his 4th RAE leg. Actually quite a nice weekend, as we picked up a couple much needed points in the breed ring too!

Val and Heart on Sunday, doing the serpentine:

And mine of "who got their title today?"

And, until Judi and Val get their real pictures, here is a sneak preview:

yes, that was a poodle in 2nd, as well as a real nice working Basenji in 4th.
There were lots of shelties, aussies, and other more traditional placing dogs. It was nice to see the other breeds take all the placings! 8)

And, proving the OES are well on their way to total world supremacy!!
:clappurple: :cheer: :go:  :yay: Congrats with your Rally Novice Title :yay:  :go: :cheer: :clappurple:
