Salmon and Sweet Potatoe = Gas

Okay - the gas here is getting bad!

Miley has allergies and I tried Taste of the Wild - Salmon & Sweet Potatoe and the allergy issues seem to have been resolved but she has been real gassy since. We switched Jasper to the same food now that he is off a puppy formula and he is gassy too.

Some days are better than worse.

I want to tinker with the food to resolve the gas problem. Miley has allergies to some proteins (chicken, and lamb) and some grains (oatmeal, brewers yeast and peas). So does anyone know which ingredient causes the gas (salmon vs the sweet potatoe).

I was thinking I could switch to a Duck base protein.

I know that food is a hit and miss situtation and I have gotten rid of the hot spots so I am hesitant to try. But the smell is getting to us.

Any suggestions?

Your poor family.

I'm sorry but this makes me laugh because Simon has been known to clear a room.
We had the same problem when we did sweet potato and duck (but it was dick van patten brand). Some times we mix two formulas of the same brand, and it's enough to curve the problem.
