Garage door openers......
Mine won't close unless you hold the wall button down the entire time it is closing. The remote will only open the door. 
The manual is no help. Guess I will try tech support tomorrow. |

One day one side just stopped working, so we have to do it manually now, as we r too cheap to fix it. Once i got care remotes for my car the keypad wouldn't work anymore  Each day my side opens, i consider it a miracle  But all that was absolutely no help to you, besides sharing your garage door woes
