Doubt

Saw this movie last night. It was very good, but just an nth of a degree from the good I thought it would be. Meryl Streep played a very good part, as did Phillip Seymour Hoffman, but for as much as they wanted you to think - did he or didn't he - there wasn't much room for doubt.

I went to Catholic school until 5th grade, and so much of this was SO familiar that I almost had to chuckle thru it!

I loved this movie and thought it was a far superior movie to Benjamin Button. That was the movie I was disappointed in.

The acting in this movie was fantastic. Especially by the young boy's mother.

I attended 12 years of Catholic school, as did Tim and the boys. We all three loved the movie.

Actually there is room, we discussed it and two of three of us came up with substantial debate for doubt. Especially based on our experiences of Catholic education as well as a few other factors.
