GRRR! My dog Snowy ate my bluetooth

Last night we kept hearing a beep. looking all over we found Snowy in the middle of our bed chopping away on my bluetooth. It was in peices. It was my cell that was beepping. Lost connection and beeping to tell me.
I ordered a new one today. That will cost $$$$$ I have no clue how she got it. It was on the table next to my laptop. THANK GOD she did't start on that!. LOL
She seems to be getting into everything lately. Still in puppy mode at almost 2. Oh well at least ATT will get it here in 2 days. And a better one.
Hubby will get the new one I get his. :D :D :D :D

Its not only dogs, our grandson stuck our little bluetooth thing on the fridge with a fridge magnet!
Oh no what do you mean she's 2 8O 8O

Tiggy has eaten too many things to mention but I know how you feel, she ate both our mobile phones. The first she stole of the coffeee table Ok serves me right.
The second she stole out of my handbag which was hanging above her head height. They had rubbery covers on them and she liked the smell or taste or something so she hunted it down

I was waiting for her to grow out of the chewing stage but looks like we could have a while to wait yet
I mean she isalmost 2 yrs old . Just over 20 months. Still a puppy.
Still my fault. I went around and got as much as I could find and up it went!!!!
I have kept my camera next to me to catch some good pics but now its up too.
She gets into the tissues too.
HOW CAN I STOP THIS !!!!!
Chauncey doesn't chew or damage things....he's more of a pick-pocket. He loves open handbags. My sister and MIL will sit their bag down and boy is he good...before you know it the cell phone & wallet is on his bed.
I'm thinking we could make a pretty good haul at a BINGO hall or in Vegas
Any object that has your scent on it is fair game: clothes, shoes, TV remotes, phones, cell phones, etc etc. They love their parents and just want to lick and taste and .....stay in touch??
Good grief, Bentley will get anything and everything that is in reach . . . who knows just what it will be. He leans towards plastic items though, like the remote to my Bose radio, chap stick, pens. Anything paper towel-like is a favorite. If someone made paper towel flavored food he'd be in heaven.

I guess that wasn't much help, was it?
Tiggy loves paper towel AND toilet paper

If we could get that paper towel flavoured food she'd be up for it.

She's always stolen the paper towels while I'm trying to clean up a mess,
usually one that she has made, she's so quick I reach around for the roll of towels and they're gone.

I'm not much help either. We're being trained by a sheepie
Pick everything up - EVERYTHING :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:
Chaunce prefers dish cloths, again doesn't chew them, just takes them to his bed. That's where all his bounty goes. He doesn't damage the cell phones, wallets, or check books he kipes....just takes them to his bed
He's not destructive or even a chewer, he seems more of a thief.
Henry likes to take things out to the gate as offerings for the kids next door to come and play with him.....but most recently he took my wallet out of my bag chewed up a card (not an important one thank god!) and placed my wallet at the front gate  luckily I noticed he was sooo excited an went to see what he'd been doing!!! ....cheeky blighter!
:D I'm afraid I'm into prevention! 8) After rescuing several remotes, all now with tooth marks, my assistant has restricted access to all of the above! He's lost interest in things that he can't get at!
Bella ate my bluetooth a while back and she is 4!!!! I missed my purse when I put it away and it was on my bed. Bad human!!!!!

Very true! I've learned to accept that whenever there's an "incident," to realize that it's our fault and figure out what we, as the humans, need to do to prevent it. It makes me have to be much neater and more responsible than I'd like to be but it's for the greater good. Well, Owen's greater good. My big boys are great. Even with 5 month old Owen, he's down to mainly only to grabbing clothes off the floor of the bedroom and toilet paper, both of which he'll drop or trade if we ask him to. That being said, he's still confined to his crate for anything over a minute that I have to leave the room. I trust him-- but only a tiny bit!

Another thing that I think helps is to be able to stop it as it's happening and "trade" the object for an acceptable object and praising like crazy. I know that's easier said than done sometimes but the more that they understand what they can have, the more they get away from wanting things that they can't.
Brees has ate, not one, but two of Jason's Jawbone headsets. He's learned to put them away now! lol

Casey seems to like his 360 controller charger cables. It took a few of those (but only at $20/piece instead of $100 like the headset) for him to learn his lesson.

It's a good thing he likes our animals as much as I do! :P

yep .... it's a pity the kids next door are only 4yrs and 2yrs old thankfully not old enough to go on a spending spree! his punishment will be agility class and pet therapy class....that should keep him occupied!
