I'm going to attempt one tonight for the first time, using Quorn vegetarian chicken cutlets.

Anyone have a good recipe or any advice? Probably going to use sweet baby rays bbq but im not sure if I should use spicy, or the honey flavored?
There are 2 that we have weekly (well, we have the pizza weekly ...not necessarily bbq). We love both of these! Not sure if it helps you any, but thought I'd still share!

you cubed already cooked veg. chicken
2T butter melted
2 oz frank's hot sauce
some ranch dressing or blue cheese
crust
mozz cheese

oven 425
mix cubed chicken with butter and hot sauce. put ranch or b.cheese over crust. top with chicken, followed by moz. cheese (or mixture of cheddar and mozz), and I always add diced green/red peppers, and onions.

bake until crust is golden brown. 5-10 min. voila.
tip: always bake your crust half way before adding topping so it's not soggy and then just until cheese is melted.

Delicious!!

OR we do this bbq one:

cut and cube your chicken
1C Kraft HICKORY flavored bbq
2t honey
2t molasses
2T brown sugar
chopped cilantro
crust
mozz cheese shredded
thinly sliced onion

425.
heat chicken and all ingred up to crust into saucepan. spread over crust (just the amount you need) then top w/cheese. bake for 15 min
awesome, I'm going to give the second one a try, I'll let you know how it turns out with the veggie chicken!
