It's nice to have it actually explained by an "expert." I hope a lot of people see it and learn from it. I wish they didn't show puppy footage from a pet store, though.  |

yes that is what I understood him to say as well. which could be why people have varied responses to the dogs, its not always the grooming products which often get blamed |
